In "Senhsucht" and "Fernweh", I work with photographic emulsion to create a series dedicated to the existentialism of the romantic painter Caspar David Friedrich. The first images of the series are landscapes through which the well-known painter travelled on the island of Rügen. Later I intermingle this atmosphere with my recent memories

En "Senhsucht" y "Fernweh", trabajo con la emulsión fotográficapara crear una serie dedicada al existencialismo del pintor romántico CasparDavid Friedrich. Las primeras imágenes de la serie paisajes por los que transitó el conocido pintor en la isla de Rügen. Posteriormente entremezclo esa atmosfera en mis recuerdos recientes.

In 2022, I continue the series working, this time with cyanotype and in a larger format. Influenced also by the German Romanticism painting, I represent significant places of my life in the Canary Islands and Berlin.

In 2022 sigo desarrollando la serie trabajando esta vez con Cianotipia y en un formato mayor. Influenciado igualmente por la pintura del Romanticismo Alemán, represento lugares significativos de mi vida en las Islas Canarias y Berlín.

I continue to develop my work using cyanotype. Trying to transfer that romantic aesthetic to Berlin. "Berliner Blau" also refers to themelancholy that permeates the city.

It is partly a settling of accounts with the city, a kind of jubilee, a look around the last decade, my walks and corners. A journey through my Berlin of these years and its joys and sorrows.

Continuo desarrollando mi trabajo usando la cianotipia. Tratando de trasladar esa estética romántica a Berlin. El Azul Berlin hace además referencia a la melancolía que impregna la ciudad. Se trata en parte de un ajuste de cuentas con la ciudad, una especie de jubileo, una mirada alrededor de la última década, mis paseos y rincones. Un recorrido por mi Berlin de éstos años y sus alegrías y tristezas.

"Tierra Desnuda" and "Esqueletos de Tierra" are two silkscreen series, in which my childhood memories of Fuerteventura areintermingled with the texts and stories created by the writer Miguel de Unamuno during his exile in this beautiful and at the same time inhospitable island.

"Tierra  Desnuda" y"Esqueletos de Tierra" son dos series en serigrafía, en las que se entremezclan los recuerdos de mi de infancia en Fuerteventura con los textos y narraciones creados por el escritor Miguel de Unamuno durante su etapa de destierro en esta bella y a la vez inhóspita isla.

In Sincronicidades I reflect on the possibility of the metaphysical in photography and I question whether it is possible to transmit through photographic language to the viewer, the ungraspable, the moments of lucidity and synchronicity present in the instant of the shot.

The series borrows its title from some of the experiences, thoughts and theories of Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961).

En Sincronicidades  reflexiono sobrela posibilidad de lo metafísico en la fotografía y me cuestiono si es posible transmitir por medio del lenguaje fotográfico al espectador, lo inasible, los momentos de lucidez y sincronicidad presentes en el instante de la toma.

La serie toma prestado su título de algunas de lasexperiencias, pensamientos y teorías de Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961).
